PT. Food Station Tjipinang Jaya (FSTJ) is trying to maintain rice stock and price stability in Cipinang Rice Market Central (PIBC).
PT. FSTJ Director, Arief Prasetyo Adi said, his side has proposed 15 tons of rice to Bulog in order to maintain rice stock and price stability in PIBC.
Sufficient Rice Stock Until New Year"Price of medium rice in 50 kilograms per pack is Rp 7,800 per kilogram or Rp 6,240 per liter. Rice will be stocked gradually until massive harvest in the end of January 2018," he explained, Monday (12/4).
He added, current rice stock is 37 thousand tons. It means it is above minimum rice stock of 30 thousand tons.
"Herein, the related stakeholders such as Agriculture Ministry, Trade Ministry, Jakarta TPID, and Cipinang Rice Market Central Merchant are supported us to stabilize rice price and stock," he stated.
